About Ganadería Revuelta
Located at the north of Mexico in Comarca Lagunera, Ganaderia Revuelta, with more than 45 years of experience in the Agricultural industry, is a family owned company and is part of Grupo Revuelta, a group of different companies.
We operate with our own production chain which consists of: Feedlots, Slaughter plant, Packing Plant and Value Added Plant; offering a wide variety of high-vaccum packed products guaranteeing hygiene and food safety to every consumer.
Production Chain
At the north of Mexico, in a semi-arid area of grazing lands, we have more than 40 years of experience in the breeding, raising and the development of genetic improvement of cattle breeds.
Feedlots
Located at the Comarca Lagunera (in Coahuila and Durango states) where beef is produced in compliance with international standards. All cattle is selected from breeds used specifically for the beef production; fed with 100% natural formula under bromatological control. Young cattle with no more than 30 months of age at the slaughter process. We are certified as a Reliable Supplier by SADER and by third party audit certifications such as Good Manufacturing Practices, Animal Welfare and others.
Slaughter and Packing Plant (TIF 40)
It is one of the oldest slaughter houses in Mexico (1915). Obtaining the TIF-40 certification in 1977, the slaughter and processing plant is equipped with automated and modern technology operated by highly qualified personnel with the objective of complying with the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and sanitation.
The value-added processing plant (TIF 596) is specialized in the production of high-end portion-controlled steaks and further processed beef items such as: middle cuts, dry aged steaks, burger patties, marinated items and more.
Logistics system built and organized specifically to supply products for Mexico and other countries.
